Password must be 13-20 characters in length, containing at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number, and one special character (e.g. !, #, %, etc.). Password may not contain 3 repeating consecutive characters like "111" or "cccddd". Passwords must not be reused within the first 10 password changes.
